The Vikings of Miami East rolled through the Cross County Conference with a perfect 9-0 record, claiming their first conference title. Not surprisingly, the Vikings were rewarded with top honors in the post-season selections - claiming the following honors: "Back of the Year" (Sam Smallwood), "Lineman of the Year" (Tyler Beard) and "Coach of the Year" (Max Current).

Five Vikings also were selected to the first team - Tyler Dunivan, Zack Duff, Tylor Matheson, Smallwood and Beard.
